And explain why he/she is successful 

Oh, let me tell you about Sarah, a classmate of mine who turned into an incredibly successful businesswoman. Sarah runs her own clothing brand, and her journey to success is nothing short of inspirational. Well, we were classmates, and even back then, she had this undeniable spark and determination. Fast forward to her entrepreneurial journey, around 10 years ago she started her own clothing line for girls, blending unique styles with quality materials.

But it wasn't all smooth sailing. What really sets Sarah apart is her resilience. Believe it or not, she declared bankruptcy twice. Yet, she never let those setbacks keep her down. Instead, she learned from each experience, refining her business approach each time. It's like the saying goes, 'the third time's a charm' and that's exactly what happened with Sarah. Her persistence and hard work finally paid off.

Her success is a testament to never giving up, even in the face of failure. She showed that with perseverance and the willingness to learn from mistakes, you can achieve great things.

1. What factors lead to success?

Patience and resilience are key factors leading to success. You need the patience to nurture your goals and the resilience to bounce back from setbacks. Success isn’t an overnight thing. It requires time, effort, and the ability to keep pushing forward even when things get tough. It’s about staying the course and not losing sight of your objectives, no matter the obstacles.

2. What do people need to sacrifice for success?

Normally, people need to sacrifice their time and energy. It's like investing in your future, you put in hours and hard work now for rewards later. This could mean less time for leisure or relaxation in the short term, but it’s all about prioritizing your goals. The journey to success requires dedication and sometimes making tough choices about how to spend your time and energy.

3. Is it easy for people to succeed in the national test in your country?

Succeeding in the national test in my country isn’t necessarily easy. It demands a lot of effort and dedication. You need to be well-prepared and focused. It's a competitive exam, and success in it usually means putting in significant study time, understanding the material deeply, and being able to perform under pressure.

4. Is it easy for a business to be successful without affecting the environment? 

   It's a bit complex. It depends on the industry, business practices, and commitment to sustainability. It’s definitely possible, but it requires a conscious effort to adopt eco-friendly practices. Businesses need to balance profitability with environmental responsibility, which can be challenging but is increasingly important in today's world.

5. Which family businesses do you know? 

   One fascinating family business I know of is Khương Lâm Traditional Medicine. It's amazing how they have preserved and passed down their knowledge of traditional remedies through generations. This business isn’t just about selling products, it's about keeping a rich heritage alive.

6. What do you think of family businesses? 

   From my perspective, they carry this wonderful sense of tradition and personal touch. There’s a lot of passion, dedication, and a sense of legacy. But on the other hand, mixing family dynamics with business can be really tricky. It requires balancing professional and personal relationships, which isn’t always easy.
