The given map illustrates the proposed layout of a new town in the future. Overall, most of the town’s area is going to be dedicated to housing space, along with the appearance of a few other functional buildings and amenities. 

Looking from the outer part of the town, it can be observed that the residential area is mainly constructed in the west and southwest of the town. Whereas, a large entertainment zone is expected to occupy the northern part, to which a small industrial plant is next. Opposing this northern industrial zone is a large-scale industrial park, about twice as big as the former, which lies to the south of the town. 

The outer zone is separated from the inner zone by a massive ring road that encircles the whole town to facilitate transportation. At the heart of the town is a center complex, where shops and other functional buildings are located. It is also in this place that transportation amenities such as parking lots and bus stations are allocated. Moreover, the town center connects the outer part of the town and other regions utilizing five separate roads, which are evenly distributed throughout the town. Noteworthily, the inner part is still mainly for residential purposes, as the area designated for housing still accounts for a significant part.

Điều đáng chú ý là phần nội đô vẫn chủ yếu dành cho mục đích dân cư, vì diện tích dành cho nhà ở vẫn chiếm một phần đáng kể.
