Describe a time when you had a problem with using a computer
A few months back, I faced a computer problem at home shortly after getting a brand new gaming laptop. It was supposed to be an exciting time, but my laptop was running incredibly slowly. It took forever to open even basic programs, and I was puzzled by this sluggish performance. It was like my laptop was in slow-motion, far from what I expected.
I had a hunch that a few things might be causing the issue, like not having enough memory (RAM), too many background tasks running, or the possibility of a virus. I was particularly concerned about the virus and whether I got scammed and purchased a used computer. Desperate to find a solution, I turned to my husband, who is a tech expert. I explained the whole situation, how slow the computer was.
Being the tech-savvy individual that he is, he methodically assessed the laptop's performance and identified the RAM as the primary issue. He recommended upgrading the RAM to enhance the laptop's capabilities, because the new Windows 11 system was quite resource-demanding. It turned out that despite my laptop having decent specifications, it lacked the necessary RAM to handle my tasks efficiently. Swiftly, my husband ordered the RAM upgrade, and upon its arrival, he effortlessly installed it in the laptop. The transformation was nothing short of remarkable. The laptop's performance improved dramatically, and the sluggish programs now opened almost instantaneously.
In the end, the laptop problem was resolved through a RAM upgrade, and my computer wizard husband came to the rescue. This experience underscored the significance of optimizing laptop hardware and highlighted the invaluable support of having a techie within the family.

Yes, I believe people, particularly white-collar workers and students, spend excessive time gazing at digital screens. This overuse is largely due to the demands of their respective roles.
