The table below shows the proportion of the workforce who are women and the proportion of managers who are women in five different countries. 

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

• The United States and Australia have the most balanced gender distribution.
• These countries also have a considerable proportion of female laborers
• Sri Lanka has a similar figure of 41%, but only 9% of the supervisors are women

• Women make up half of the workforce in Japan, but only 17% are managers.
• The most considerable disparity in gender is recorded in Egypt.

The table compares the percentage of women in the workforce and in managerial positions in various nations. Overall, the United States has the highest ratio of women in the workforce, both as employees and managers, whereas the opposite is true for Egypt. 

The United States and Australia have the most balanced gender distribution in a professional setting, with 43% of managers being women. These countries also have a considerable proportion of female laborers at 46% and 42%, respectively. While Sri Lanka has a similar figure of 41%, only 9% of the supervisors here are women, the lowest among all nations.

Despite women making up nearly half of the workforce in Japan, their presence at an executive level is only seen in 17% of the cases. The most considerable disparity in gender is recorded in Egypt, where only one out of five workers is a woman, with even less holding management titles.
